
F&B Team Leader
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a resort. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team. Excellent interpersonal skills and a guest-focused attitude. Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer literacy. Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. Ability to work well under pressure.
